You agree to following terms and conditions by purchasing any of the GED study packages or online GED programs.

1. I have made the decision to purchase an online GED practice program or GED study package. I understand that this website does not offer an official GED test, merely a means to prepare online through the programs offered or offline through the products that I have purchased.
2. I certify that I am the actual person whose name appears on the registration documentation. I further certify that I am the person or I have permission from the person whose name is on the credit or debit card.
3. I certify that I am at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to register in the online GED programs or purchase the GED study packages.
4. I acknowledge that I have read, accept and understand completely the terms the policies of this website including all information contained on the GED programs, terms and conditions and privacy policy pages.
5. If I have purchased the gold GED program, I understand and accept that the document sent after successfully passing the program is not a GED nor is it a high school diploma. I understand and accept that this is a document stating that I have passed the program and should not be mistaken for any accredited or nationally-accepted educational achievement.
6. I fully recognize and relinquish any rights to initiate a chargeback or request a refund after completing any of the online GED programs.If any GED study packages have been purchased, I acknolwedge and accept that I may not return these items upon receiving them.

If you are not completely satisfied and have not submitted your exam to be graded, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days from the date of your initial purchase. If you have completed the program and submitted your exam for review, you unconditionally agree that you may not request a refund or chargeback for the full or any partial amount of the program cost.
8. I full accept and understand the three online GED programs do not convey or are intended to be used to meet or fulfill any federal, national or state requirements for attending the official GED test, high school or any other recognized educational requirement. I further accept and fully recognize that the document given in the GED gold program for applicants who pass is not an accredited high school or GED course certificate. I understand that the GED programs offered will not give me any right or reason to assume that I am a graduate of a traditional high school or state recognized and accredited GED test.
9. I am participating in any of the GED programs entirely for the sole purpose of either preparation for the official GED or self improvement.

I understand and accept all responsibility and repurcussions, if any, for misuse or misrepresentation of experience, credentials or qualifications and further accept all risk and any consequences.
