How Our Program Works
The three programs offered by GED.net are designed in a similar manner as the actual General Education Development. They are arranged to test the applicant in the five main areas that are administered in the GED. These subjects are Reading, Math, Science, Social Studies and Writing. The exams are not timed but our staff do encourage applicants to study knowing that the GED test will be and to prepare accordingly.
Each of our GED test prep programs can be finished entirely online from any computer. After you have completed the fast registration, you will be given instant access to the exam and also receive an email which contains your login ID and password. You can use these codes to take the exam at any time however, you must complete the test in one sitting as your answers will not be saved.
Once you have begun the GED practice test, you will be required to complete the entire section before moving on to the next. Each question will have four possible answers with only one being correct. Scores are calculated at the end of the test and not after an individual section. After the last question of the exam is selected, your answers will be automatically graded by the program and you will immediately receive your final results. The score will show the cumulative percentage correct out of the total possible as well as the percentage correct in each of the five subjects. |
